We are located 70 miles north of Sacramento, on Hwy 70. Access Highway 70/99 North from Interstate Highway 5 near Sacramento. Remain on Highway 70 when it splits from Highway 99, pass through Marysville and continue 26 miles to Oroville. Exit to the right (east) onto Oroville Dam Blvd. At the 5th traffic signal, turn right onto Olive Highway 162, and continue 5.5 miles to Lake Oroville Realty, in a shopping center at the corner of Olive Highway and Kelly Ridge Road.

Find Lake Oroville Realty - from Highway 70. Go east on Oro Dam Blvd. (Hwy 162) 1.5 miles. At the ARCO AM/PM turn right onto Olive Hwy (still Hwy 162) go 5.5 miles. Located in small shopping center on right site.
